A first quote you can trust

ImprovedThe guided sample quote now uses real travel and fuel figures and never presents a pending figure as zero.
FixedAn invoice created from a quote with options now bills only the option the customer chose.
FixedSaved vehicle fuel costs, job descriptions and manual completion hours now carry through the full job flow.
ImprovedCompleted jobs no longer take up future capacity, and invoice follow-ups respect the payment date agreed at completion.

Booking reminders

AddedCustomers now get a reminder text before each booked job. They reply YES to confirm or NO to decline.
AddedWhen you cancel a booking, the customer is told. You can send new times for them to pick from.
AddedOn the Pro plan, a Bookings report shows cancellations and reschedules over time.

Take payment when the job's done

AddedWhen you mark a job complete, you can take payment on the spot, send the invoice, or record that it's already paid.
AddedInvoices can be sent by text. A customer who only gave a phone number gets their pay link.

AddedPut your logo and brand colour on quotes and invoices, with a live preview. Pro adds more colours, font sizes and two extra layouts.
AddedYour bank details print on the documents. figrd prompts you if they're missing when you send.
AddedA job that requires a deposit can't go in the calendar until the deposit is confirmed.

Price book import, and sites

AddedImport your price book from a spreadsheet whenever you like. Re-importing updates prices instead of duplicating them.
AddedSites now have their own page. The jobs, contacts, assets and service schedules for the place, with a map.
AddedNew accounts start with example data for your trade. Example contacts can't be texted or emailed.

SMS opt-outs only stop promotions

ImprovedOpting out of marketing texts no longer stops job updates - your customers still get appointment reminders, "on the way" alerts, and invoices.
AddedCampaign SMS credits now roll over month to month, up to 300 - so you can save them up for a seasonal send.
AddedIn the Communications add-on, email campaigns carry your branding and an unsubscribe link. figrd checks before you contact the same person twice.
AddedAI can draft a campaign message in the add-on. It's a draft you approve, and it never invents your numbers.
