Booking reminders

AddedCustomers now get a reminder text before each booked job. They reply YES to confirm or NO to decline.
AddedWhen you cancel a booking, the customer is told. You can send new times for them to pick from.
AddedOn the Pro plan, a Bookings report shows cancellations and reschedules over time.

Take payment when the job's done

AddedWhen you mark a job complete, you can take payment on the spot, send the invoice, or record that it's already paid.
AddedInvoices can be sent by text. A customer who only gave a phone number gets their pay link.
