How much does figrd cost?

Core is A$39/month inc GST and Pro is A$99/month inc GST. Both include unlimited users - no per-seat charges, no setup fee, no lock-in.

Do you charge per user?

Never. Unlimited users on every plan. Add your whole team for the same price.

What's the difference between Core and Pro?

Core is for when you're doing the jobs yourself. Pro is for when other people are - it adds team calendar and dispatch, permissions and approvals, recurring jobs, purchase orders, milestone invoicing and compliance certificates with lodgement tracking.

How do the SMS bundles work?

Each plan includes a monthly allowance - 100 on Core, 250 on Pro - which resets at the start of each billing cycle (plan messages don't roll over). Need more? Buy a top-up pack: those purchased messages never expire and carry across billing cycles. No per-message charges.

What is the Communications add-on?

It's an optional add-on - A$9/month inc GST. You get a branded enquiry page that captures leads, email and SMS campaigns to past customers, referral and review prompts, and a report showing which source each job came in on and what it made. You never need it to quote, run jobs and get paid.

Are there setup fees or lock-in contracts?

No setup fee and no lock-in. figrd is month to month, and you can manage or cancel your plan anytime from the billing portal in your settings. Every plan includes unlimited users with no per-seat charges.

Can I switch between Core and Pro?

Yes - move between Core and Pro whenever it suits, from your billing settings. Pro is the one to be on once other people are doing the jobs. You keep unlimited users either way.

Is there a contract?
