What is figrd?

figrd works out the hourly rate your price implies while you are still building the quote, from the costs you have already entered. The quote, schedule, invoice and follow-ups all run from there. Core is A$39/month inc GST, Pro A$99/month inc GST, unlimited users on both.

Who is figrd for?

Solo and small Australian trade and service businesses - from a one-person operation to a team of around 20, including subcontractors who live job to job. If you quote work and want to know whether it actually makes money before you commit to a price, it's built for you.

How do I know if a job is actually profitable?

figrd works out your real hourly rate from your own numbers - wages, rent, fuel, super, your own pay and travel to site - and shows it while you build the quote, before you send it. Green if the rate clears your break-even, amber when it's marginal.

How do I work out my real hourly rate?

It's what you earn an hour after every cost of running the business is covered - not just wages and materials, but overhead like rent, insurance, super, fuel and your own pay. figrd works it out from your own figures and shows it as a whole dollar, like $83/hr, in the quote builder while the quote is still a draft.

What does figrd cost?

Two plans: Core is A$39/month inc GST and Pro is A$99/month inc GST. Both include unlimited users - no per-seat charges, no setup fee, no lock-in. Optional extras: a Communications marketing add-on (A$9/month inc GST), and SMS top-up packs that never expire.

Do you charge per user?

No. Every plan includes unlimited users. Add an apprentice or a subcontractor without adding to your bill.

Does figrd use AI?

Where it saves you time, yes - figrd can draft a quote from an incoming enquiry, match items from your price book, and help write customer and marketing messages. Everything AI touches is a draft you approve before it goes anywhere. Your profit figures are different: they come from your own numbers and authoritative Australian reference data - worked out, never guessed by AI.

Does it work with Xero or MYOB?

Xero sync is included in every plan - it pushes invoices and syncs contacts, so your books match your jobs. If you run MYOB, tell us - it's on the roadmap and your voice moves it up.
